Hi all

Thought I better join and get some good advice before I spend all my money sorting this freelander out :)

So far only a few things -

New complete clutch kit and dual mass ( covered by warranty ! )

New VDU on its way genuine oem item and bearings

EGR Bypass

Crank case separator upgraded to bmw maintenance free item

Need 4 new tyres now!

Love the thing tho, my first green oval.

Its only covered 72000 miles, one owner so i feel its worth chucking a grand at to keep it sorted.

Regards Mark

They don't pick on me;) ... Cos they're jealous!

Don't worry about 'Riskcovery' owners, they're just like any other psychopath.....

Only the reason for their condition is ownership of a Disco 1 or 2, with an insane jealousy of anything with style and comfort....

The guys with Disco 3's or 4's don't appear to suffer this at all .. :D

This does go a long way to explain (but not excuse) Series or 'Bender owners.... majority are downright nice guys (and Gals) but every now and then you'll meet .... ah well, you will work them out for yourself.

Welcome anyway, bud, nice to see another Freelander owner...(Safety in numbers?)
