Defender 300TDI 90. I am able to get in and out of gear, clutch pedal has full travel, but does not bite until quite high, up no juddering whilst moving, slave cylinder is about inch from the top,The problem is that every now and again it is a bit of a struggle getting in to gear! Now i am either getting lazy changing gear and not putting the pedal down enough or something is on its way out!!!!
Any ideas????? :whoosh:

Is it slipping at all,you can adjust the travel

Normally if its the fork it goes alltogether normally without warning, try adjusting it you should get a better bite.

just to the right of the servo you will see a plate with 6 small screws in it, remove them and you will see the threaded bar with a couple of nuts on.
One is a lock nut one an adjuster, cant remember which way you go to adjust the bite dabble with it alll will become obvious.
Hope this helps
