Hi, anyone else experienced my problem, got a 02 TD4 ES, runs a treat, but for no reason the alarm has started having a mind of its own. the other night (at 3 and 3.30 am !!) it went of all by itself its also done it when I've washed it !!, any tips or has it just got a mind of its own, don't fancy leaving it unlocked overnight just to get some sleep !!!!

Check the interior sensors. My wife had the same problem with her ride. Changed the sensors and we can sleep again now, well, sometimes sleep ;)

One of ours did this a while back. Wife put it down it to a big spider living behind the rear view mirror. Said it was her pet but she decided to relocate it to the wing mirror when I started making her go out and check the car at 2 in the morning.

No problems since.

Cheers

Quoman ,this one has been on before old thread search through, think i recall a sensitivity adjustment for the inertia sensors of the interior alarms or summit,or a big spider eek ,best oh luck. . . .:)
