Very interested in this.

I used to donate to the old forum, because there was a card payment, no auto renewal facility on the site.

Paypal, I wouldn't touch with a bargepole, and I do actually have one, it is on my roof.

I haven't used PayPal for years, seem to remember some emails about deactivated account but not checked it out because fook knows what my password is :oops:
 
I didn't pay much attention because I've had no need for paypal
W the retired accountant says it is much cheaper for the company or organisation concerned so LZ in our case, to use Paypal and it is still very safe. But I agree, it is a pain.
I think we have to be in money saving mode from here on in.
I used W's Paypal account to pay, I seem to remember.
