Hi guys,
First post on the forum as the proud new owner of a 93 Range Rover Classic LSE.
Bought the car as a project and intend to do an extensive restoration over the next couple of years whilst at Uni.
It's a good looking car, in black with the less common full length vinyl sunroof. The panels are all nice and straight with no rust (apart from the tailgate of course). The car has covered around 130k miles in its life and it's 4.2l engine runs like new with no smoke whatsoever.
It's not all so good mind you, the front inner arches have both succumb to the rot and there are plenty of dodgy looking wires of varying vintages all going nowhere. The air suspension isn't lifting the car off it's bump stops and there's a long list of smaller niggles which will need attention.
Anyway, I'll probably bore you with my pleas for help in the not too distant future, so for the moment I'll just say hello.
Alex
