Alarming problem

Hi Guys. I have a 300tdi 1995 disco 1. The drivers door lock has broken so i have been locking the car with the remote

Trouble is I washed the remote in my trousers. If the old one dries out or if i get a new one, will i be able to resink the car and remote given that the alarm is currently on?


On the old fob, when I insert the batteries the red light comes on for a second then goes out, when you press the button the red light does not flash (as it used to do, Pre wash).

P.S. its a single button fob.

Yes you will be able to program a replacement fob as long as it's the same frequency.

By same frequency do you mean the same colour PCB? Also does any one know what the programming sequence is?
