i know there are a few posts on here but none seem to be the same problem as i am having.i have a 1995 (n) d1 300tdi 2 button fob i was locking it with fob and the alarm started going off at daft o'clock so followed advice from here and tryed taping interior sensors and lockin doors with key so it didnt activate interior part that worked for a few days and thought great but i got to work yesterday and went to lock it with key and alarm went off stright away had to redo it a few times to lock it up again looked on here and now disconected interior sensors as i read it sometimes goes faulty .it went off again repetedly last night when i locked it with key or fob so ended up gettin p****d off and left it open over night .i have a snaped door switch on 1 back door but that is unpluged so that cant be an issue and i have to manualy lock passenger door as when central locking tryes to lock it it goes down half way and if you pull handle a couple of times it pops up but when manualy locked stays locked .i have heard about the spider-spyder but not sure if mine has 1 as i read they are from 96 and my imobaliser isnt a problem and works as it should . i now have siren unpluged but dont want it to kill my battery as lights still flash and frost will be here soon

any help greatly recived and thanks in advance

p.s it is a new battery on car and fob battery but fobs only work when im aprox 10foot away from car so using key isnt a problem im there anyway
