Ah OK that makes sense. If I were to replace airlines at some point I wanted to clarify
Thanks

There will possibly be a factory tool you can buy for about £80.00 to fit them with. :D:D Most important thing to remember is when you fit them. Push them fully home then when system is pressurised push them again they will go in a little further. This extra push is sometimes the difference between a leaky system and a sound one.

Thanks for the Info Wammers. My Mrs was standing over my shoulder whilst I was reading your reply which brought a :) to her face  , Can't take her anywhere [/QUOTE]

Wonder what she could possibly have been thinking about? :D:D:D

I did gather that may be the case, I was looking at the 6mm tube at a local pneumatic supplies. I presume It would not cause a problem ? I did read somewhere that to slightly chamfer ends of tube with a pencil sharpener to aid insertion into valve block.
I have heard that too...but I am sure as long as you cut them dead square, they should seal fine.

You can use the pencil sharpener but just breaking the square corner with a little bit of wet or dry will do. Smear of silicone grease on the tube won't do any harm.
