As oakey some more details will help.
Does it go up and then slowly sink?
Does it never go up?
Any error codes, warnings etc?
Do you have a diagnostic tool?
I'm not familiar with the P38 but will help others to help you.

Get it up to height, open a door and switch off. Leave door open and then remove the delay timer from under the passenger seat - oblong box clipped by the seat rail nearest the door. Leave the relay off, close doors and lock up. Come back the next day and see if a corner has dropped.

In the meantime, check the Technical Section for a post on the EAS by a guy called Wammers. Read it. It'll have most things you'll need to know. Also, you'll need a copy of RAVE. There's a link somewhere.

Oh, and you don't need testbook. You need the EAS unlock suite by Storey Wilson which is free and a cable. The cable isn't free but can be had for a very reasonable price from a member on here.

Oh, and welcome to P38 ownership.

Diagnostics wont help yet cos no error code.
Need to find the leak first
If not on air bag then must be lines or valve block
Diag wont tell you where it is but soapy water might

Might not be a leak. Might just be parking on uneven ground and if a height sensor is giving a reading beyond tolerance it sometimes lowers itself trying to match them.
