hi guys the other day i tried the pump off the car and it made no air so bought a kit and fitted it tried pump off car and it now makes air . fitted it to car and wired it direct to battery as it wont work till i clear the codes but after 10 mins car still sat on the bump stops does this mean i have a major leak somewhere or the valve block is kaput

thanks Paul

No

If you've got a hard fault then the system is frozen. This means that the valves won't open and close to feed air into the bags.

damm what if i fit manual valves on each pipe and blow them up with comp will it then go up and be drivable until my leads and software come from datatek

Each bag is controlled seperatly through its own valve in the valve block....the L322 has cross link valves, the P38 doesn't...

Using manual valves, and the system disabled...if one corner goes down, the others won't be affected.

Tall and Black...as attached...

well i fitted the valves to each pipe and blew it up manually all seamed ok next morning she was still up so i let it all down and fitted t pieces so the pipes go back into the valve block blew her up and set all the heights the same marked on a stick . its now been a few hrs and lhf is down about 50mm already with it staying up last night without valve block connected does this mean i have a faulty valve block or just scrap it and buy a bmw

Leaking valve in the valve block or a leak where the pipe goes into the valve block. Valve block overhaul is cheap and easy to do.
If you think a BMW will be any better, dream on, same manufacturer as the P38:rolleyes:

mate has a x5 3,0 sport d goes like hell 30 plus mpg and he has had no bother from it in a year so they cant be to bad will the tool i bought from you tell me if it is a valve thats leaking i did pull the delay relay out yesterday as well will look for a rebuild kit for the valve block and diaphram

Did a silly thing last night went out in the RR and the dash only said slow 35 mph no EAs fault so i thought stupidly it fixed itself so i plugged the relay back in and within seconds it had dumped itself on the floor had to drive home on the bump stops . so off down my unit to blow it all up again
