So far replaced rear left airbag with new one, front right new height sensor and wiring to ecu. Replaced ecu unit along with valve block and drive box, air pressure switch. Cleared fault with easunlock software.
On easunlock software, calibrate reading are as follows:
access - 72 72 68 68
low profile 98 98 88 88
standard profile 114 114 100 100
high profile 138 138 123 123
on get height sensors (in standard) 124 104 99 93
Problem now having is get in her in the morning, start engine standard light flashes - rear goes up slight then stops (pump only on very short while) so take yellow relay out under bonnet bypass with a wire pump runs. After 5 mins up she goes - levels out in standard with light locked on. Now take wire out and put relay back in, now seems fine with pump on for short bursts.
Again if stopped and left for a couple of hours have to do the same again.
Also if I switch down to access she goes down quick on front but slow on back but access light does not lock. From access then have to bypass relay again to get her up.
So any ideas as this is now doing my head in, plus running out of parts to replace or change.

Wammers will assist but front and back should be different to avoid blinding Malcolm in his Mini coming towards you.

I understand that you have a weird issue but, if I've read you correctly, you still have a leak. My car will stay in 'normal' mode on my drive for two or three days. If yours is dropping overnight or even in a couple of hours then you have a leak.
Have you checked your pump to see if it is creating decent pressure? If the system is switching the pump on but not seeing an increase in pressure then it can turn it off again.
I've just had this on another P38 but it didn't give a dashboard warning. A replacement pump sorted it - until we find the leak.

Those calibration figure are odd, never seen consistant readings like that, how did you do the calibration? It should be done by measuring the height from the wheel centre to the wheel arch, the figures entered to achieve the correct height will be different on every corner.
I would also guess the system has a leak, if one airbag needed replacement, you can bet the others are also leaking, they have a 7/8 year 80K miles life expectancy. Oh and you should always replace airbags in pairs on the same axle.

Hi Datatek, what are typical readings for all height settings for the software EAS Unlock I Know the ride heights from wheel center to top wheel arch but wanted to know the typical readings one would get from the software

There are preset default readings stored in the ECU, they are the ones you read. These are defaulted to if you set any reading higher or lower than max or minimum range for each height. If that happens you have to start again. There are no typical readings for each height every car will be different, as will each corner when sat level in any particular setting. This is because of mechanical differences and mounting variance in each sensor.

Cheers for that info :)

Have ordered new pump seal just incase and will then give a full check on it.
Have also checked all round and found no other leaks, but noticed today as I parked up and turn engine off that it lowered its self.
Later in the day had all 4 light fully on solid with fault again, frsensor incorrect signal- but I have replaced this with a new one ?

May not be a sensor....

If the ECU commands a height change but it doesn't acheive this...it will consider a fault with a sensor or the valve is stuck...

If you have jacked up the car to replace the airbag...on lowering the axle the height sensor could have been taken to a point on the wiper surface with a bit of dirt on, on putting the vehicle back on the ground, this dirt has been trapped o the sensor wiper area and not give a correct signal to the ECU

Corroded sensor connector, damaged wiring, corroded connector at the ECU are also possible causes.
