Hi, discovery5 seven months old got air suspension failure ,stuck in its lowest/access height, got diagnosed as air expansion chamber issue by dealership, awaiting parts , is the vehicle safe to drive?, is it considered as a major mechanical failure? Thanks

You have a very expensive SUV with a terminal problem that's within warranty & took it home?

Go back to the dealership, demand a courtesy car until your car is fixed, DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Even if you have to have a Range Rover ewok they should be sorting this out?!!

No it's not safe to drive, access height is just that!!!

Plus 1 , Do not drive

Also very surprised they didn’t provide a courtesy car as that’s dangerous , the DSC can kick in as there’s also gyro sensors in the vehicle

As they said. However, I have to ask, why didn't you ask your dealer this, whilst you were picking up/being delivered your courtesy car?

I am becoming more and more confused, at the number of people coming on here with new, or nearly new cars, asking questions they should be asking their dealer. If it's under 3 years old it's a dealer problem, start making them answer questions and resolve issues. Surelh people don't need us to tell them that!

Peeps ask about new vehicles as they want to understand the problem and the potential knock on effects later on, from a secondary sauce of information. Not all dealers are quick to give the full story. If yer get repeated problems with an eggspensive purchase the fear factor will kick in.

Hi, the element that gives my vehicle stability and control while negotiating rutted and pot-holed roads is no longer working. The car's brand new/within warranty.
Should I have my bumps felt? Because I am feeling every bump in the road. The dealer smiled and said "just take it easy cobber, she'll be alright".

You couldn't make it up really.
