Air spring bags

Providing the air spring end caps are plastic. The earlier one's were die cast ally and the spring retaining clips corrode and weld themselves to the hole they fit in. The fronts on mine were easier to access and remove than the rears as the lugs on the end caps had semi welded themselves to the attachment points on the chassis/body. If they are the later plastic type there shouldn't be too much hassle other than removing the upper clips on the rears..........being a Gynacologist would be an advantage.

our gynaecologist is great for decorating the hall through the letterbox as well.:D;)

The old ones are always the best. I'm going to go for the Arnotts and throw in some gas shocks whilst I'm there.

While I've got your attention I've just fitted the new stormer wheels on my 38 and they are the new 2010 stormers for the L322 do I need spiggots, I was getting a lot of wheel wobble but changed the steering damper and had the drag links replaced and that has settled it down. I do got a slight wobble at motorway speed and just put it down to the size 20" 45's.

why waste your money on more expensive air bags.the dunlops are more than adequate for the job.you will get 10 years out of them.will you be keeping it longer than that??.

I havent got th Arnotts yet but when you mentioned that you can get 10 yrs out of the Dunlops for less money well its a no brainer and I apreciate the advice.
Thanks again.
You'll be surprised how quick the new dunlops wears compared to the old ones.
I do have some clients that have porous airsprings in 2 or 3 years.
Well, that time they went Arnott
