Air sound from pump before start up

Hi guys my trusty 110 td5 has been making an air in fuel system noise the moment you turn the key on morning starts for a week now, it sounds a bit like after changing the fuel filter noise, but goes away after 1 to 2 seconds so it’s hard to catch the noise it’s that quick, still starts and drives like normal, I’m one to try and catch any problems quick before they become a real problem, I’ve tightened down the fuel filter water tap a touch more but other than that not really looked to far into it.. injector seals time?
 
Hi, check the air bleed valve in the rear outer port of the filter head, if it's gunked up might be a sign that the injector copper washers are leaking a bit, eventually replace the valve with a new one(WJN500110) and see what happens

Hello again, my mechanic said just change the whole filter assembly, it looks like it’s only 2 bolts holding it in so shouldn’t be a massive task for me to replace it? Regards

Hello mate it’s Definitely air in the system I think, it sounds like the fuel filter has been changed kinda sound, think it’s getting worse now ( the sound ) gradually

I ordered a filter housing on eBay yesterday (Again I’m kicking myself I completely forgot about you guys at TW, again! Hope you are doing well buddy

Can't keep them in stock for more than a day anyway it seems to be the season for it!

No I haven’t tried that tbf, I think my mechanic didn’t realise how much the housing was or something lol, are the fuel pipe clips hard to remove?
 
Update: changed the filter housing which took me a whole afternoon to do, snapped bolt and the fuel pipe clips had me there a long time but finally done, a few miles this morning confirmed that it wasn’t anything to do which the filter housing because I still get the air noise, the old housing was in a bit of a mess so kinda glad to change it anyway, what’s next injector seals?
