Battery box is so you can get at bottom bolt on intercooler. But can be done with a wobbler.

no need to take bumper off.

Wobbler was how I managed it without removing the battery, but I had to remove the bumper as I've moved the auto box rad and it was in the way of the lower retaining bolts, and the gearbox rad needed moving forwards so I could move the condensor forwards to release it
