I'm struggling to find a replacement a/c pipe for my 02 discovery.
It the one that runs behind the air box and down next to the radiator.
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to find one or a repair method

If it is the one going from the reservoir to the pump, it is a low pressure one that can be repaired with pipe of the right ID and jubilee clips, I had to do this last year and it was really cheap, easy and is still going strong.
If you are talking about high pressure hose I expect it is a different kettle of fish and not so easy. I do know that proper replacement pipes are not cheap and also they are a bugre to get at. Maybe you can take off the split one and take it to a specialist tubing place to get them to effect a repair for not too much money? Maybe a project for the winter when you can do without the aircon?
