Does anyone know what type and size fittings the air conditioning pipes are for a Disco 2? I’m assuming they’re British measurements, BSPP and BSPT?

I’ve retrofitted rear air conditioning in a 1999 Discovery 2 TD5 S (originally a barebones white, UN model), and I have everything wired in, ducted in and working great. It’s a beautiful thing. Only problem is I’m missing the rear air conditioning pipes, no one wants to pull the rear a/c pipes off and sell them to me... I’m stuck in Africa with no junked rear a/c discos around or I’d pull the pipes myself. So I’m trying to find compatible non-Land Rover pipes and fittings to match. Aeroquip flexible hoses look simple enough, but finding a way to attach them to the rear evap unit is catching me up, as it looks like a specialized fitting.

I seem to be entering a largely unexplored realm for most Land Rover owners. I’ll post information as I come across it but for now, I’m thinking the best course is to purchase the a/c pipes that connect to the compressor, as these are common, and they have the correct fitting to enter the rear evap unit, I think. Then I can just chop off the pipe and keep the fittings, and attach my own flexible Aeroquip hoses and adapters for everything in-between the rear unit and front engine bay lines.
