If you have the time and the cash, I would suggest replacing the height sensors, ovehauling the valve block and compressor.
Don't forget to get new retaining clips for the air suspension bags.
If you want to be perfect, I believe the SRS airbags should be replaced at 10 years.:)

cheers keith , ive seen a few people mention renewing o rings is this on the connecters of the aluminium air pipes ?????? to the bags

"O" rings usually refers to the heater matrix pipes, big job, if not leaking leave well alone IMO. Air pipes are plastic:eek: There are "O" rings in the air suspension unit but they come ready fitted with the new units:)

If you want another 10 years I'd put in a new EAS drive pack, ANR3900.

I've now got one almost completely removed from the potting compound. The semiconductors have no particular problems with life expectancy, the electrolytics on the other hand could fail just from being in stock for a long time unused. Eventually I expect to be able to replicate the whole thing if needed:) It's not very complicated.

What have you used to remove the compound.I have an old one lying around and was thinking of trying to do this as well.
