Just to introduce myself and seek some advice as well. Got a 2006 Defender panel van. Gearbox has given up the ghost and I am being quoted 1200 quid. Not precious about original parts or reconditioned so any steers as to where I should be looking to manage my modest budget! All help very gratefully received.
