After some door advice plz

Hey, when it comes to buying brand new doors where's the best place to go? Considering quality and value for money.

I've heard good things about Rocky Mountain spares but they do seem quite pricey. Does anyone have any experience with them/vouch for them?

Also places like paddock have a good selection but the branding isn't listed. Anyone know if what they're offering is any good?

Also if anyones selling used then I'd be interested to see. All I want is straight doors with as little corrosion as possible.

Door tops or bottoms or both?

I have 2 sets of Rocky Mountain spares door tops. They used to come from N America from the main Rocky Mountain shop. But I think when I last looked the UK arm had been bought out and they were making their own.

They are aluminium so won’t rot like stock or cheaper steal ones. The runners are plastic and won’t go mouldy either like stock ones. I also like the fact both panes if glass can be opened. Opening the front half is nice quite a lot of the time.

They are pricey. But if it’s a keeper they are IMO worth it.

Don’t have any great pics of the tops. They are anodised so you don’t need to paint them. Although I did after this shot when I repainted the whole vehicle.

I'm after both currently, mine aren't the originals and are shot to pieces so thought I'd go all out and get the full set.

Rocky Mountain does look like the way to go for the tops, although I am slightly confused by the difference between the outback door tops (399.00) and the series door tops (400.00) on their website. The only difference I can see is that the series are glazed with both panes opening (which I am also a fan of.) Any clues?

What're your thoughts on bottoms? Rocky mountain also or would I get away with something less pricey?

My sp door isnt great. Yes it fills the gap between tub and bulkhead but the curve doesnt match the tub and it's not even a curve, more of a flat spot. If my old door wasn't crumpled by a tractor I'd rather have an old one repaired than go for a new door. You can tell the lack of weight between new and old doors too
