Take a look at your landy. Pay attention to all the stuff that'll need removing to get at the bulkhead, then all the stuff that'll need swapping over to the new one. Factor in a bit of time for broken bits along the way and any bits that can't be used again. Then have a guess at how long this will all take and multiply by whatever the hourly rate is for whoever does the job. You ain't going to get much change out of a big wad of notes.
