Hi all have just installed a parrot bluetooth handsfree car kit in my disco 2 ES ,it all plugged in fine using the iso connectors but the problem is that i have the Harman kardon speakers and amp and if i wanna use the phone it's a tad on the loud side!! because the call is getting amplified by the h&k system, i've done a search and found 1 chap that said he cut the wires for the amp. which would be the best route to go down can i disconnect it under the passengers seat or would it be better to take the door cards off there and disconnect it there, will i still get any sound if the amp is unplugged?? or could i wire it up slightly different so that when the phone rings it cuts out and comes on again when i've ended the call Any ideas, sugesstions would be gladly recieved thanks.

Hi thanks for the link can i just ask which way did you go about sorting out you're car kit did you connect all the mute wires of did you fit an additional speaker for the car kit just wondering which way to go about it myself.

When I installed my parrot, I had the same amplified sound from the speakers, it was got around by taking the speaker output from the parrot box to the output front speaker leads from the amp. Works fine now but the Autoleads option sounds much easier:doh:
