I for one would love to hear the outcome of Dans[the voice of flux] involvement on some of these issue's . Tried A F about 9 years ago found them to to be about as much use as mudflaps on a tortoise, BUT to be fair they sure know to charge if you wish to cancel.:p
 
Forgot to mention, when i did really get the a*** with them and left to another company THEY WITH HELD MY NCB so received a stinking letter from the new brokers saying get it to us or we charge you more!!!!
