Hi,
Just shopping around for insurance on my 2012 110 XS im picking up friday and got a few quotes that seem a little high. The car is currently standard but im thinking i may want to change out at least the wheels for some 285/75 R16 BFG MT's and may need to do some other work, spacers, susp lift if i do this.

£750 adrian flux - can mod the car later as long as i inform them
£450 Admiral - no major mods...can change the tyres but no suspension lifts or offroading etc.

Any better suggestions?...the Admiral price seems reasonable..ish for an almost new car but the no modding thing seems a big drawback.

just spoke to diamond who said they allow susp lifts upto 2", canadian call centre sounded just like when i spoke to admiral so asked if they were the same people and she said yes and went back to my admiral quote and said it also covers upto 2" susp lifts so took that one.

Not sure why AdrianFlux is asking for 750 when admiral will do it so much cheaper with less excess so much cheaper... oh well.. shame as i would have preffered AdrianF as they seem a bit more flexible

Hi,

If you wanted to PM me your details i'm happy to try and find out why we weren't able to compete, and to see if we can do anything else to help?

Cheers
Jordan
