went shoppin today parked up, came back unlocked put key in ignition turned key to start and nothing, just a click, had the check engine light on info desplay no other faults showing, after doing a string of checks it turned out to be the gear selector, it was showing park but i had to move gear stick all the way to 1 and back into park again, then started up so the manual part of the selection was there but not the electronic side of it. I have a different fault every time i go out, and it mostly happenes when im as far away from home as possiable. So if you see a rangerover p38 with a man bounging up and down pulling his hair out its going to be me!
