ACE Warning Light singing and dancing

Help - I have a Disco 2, 03 plate which has previously had numerous problems. The latest is the ACE warning light comes on (red) with the beeping alarm when I turn RIGHT (does not happen on turning left). When the car is started again the warning light is off (until the next time I turn right).

Having spent a fortune on this vehicle I don't want to fork out more money as I am keen to get rid in the next few months.

1. Can I keep driving safely with the warning light? (The book says otherwise)

2. What potentially could happen if I continue to drive it?

First of all check the fluid level in the reservoir. Top up if it's under limit. It's not unsafe to drive but u'll loose the pump if u drive it without fluid....and that's expensive. Didnt u observe patches under the car lately? .There might be a leaking actuator which is loosing fluid/pressure on right cornering, or an accelerometer... the best thing is to read the stored fault codes(if there are any).

Did you ever figure out the fix for this? My D2 is doing the same exact thing right now...

yes we found out how to sort this.
turn off ign
put on ebay
on test drive don't turn right sharply
sell as seen
problem solved

or convert to non ACE anti roll bars..
had this problem on mine too

Come back with the fault code stored in the ACE ECU and i'll tell u what to do(if no code stored the ECU is faulty, good used units are around 50 quid).... u can't figure this out setted on "guessing mode"

Listen to the man - he helped me recently with an ACE fault. Would never have found it without reading the codes.
