ACE pipes/hoses

Hi,
Not my disco but a family members, It developed a leak and the ace fluid disappeared. Fluid was topped up and area of leak investigated.

It appears to be leaking from the flexi pipes on the rear (beside rear diff) its leaking at the end of the flexi where the ferrule is swaged. And that is as much as I could see without getting right underneath

My question is this -

Does anyone know what thread/fittings are on the flexis and can they be made up by the likes of pirtek or is it Land Rover only?
