Hi all hope you could shed some light!
TD5 11 SE 2001 64000miles.

It,s happened twice now. After about 100 miles the Active Cornering light has come on, in amber only. Next day its O.K again ??????????

Now the same has happened with the Manuel/Sport light ??????

The book says get it checked. I wondered if it just needs a wiggle somewhere or something.

I need to do a round trip of 1500 miles in 2 weeks. What do yu think?

An update to my problem.
Rang 2 Landrover dealers, one said bring it in for an 1 1/2 hour test.
The other said unless the lights are on when we bring it in for a check the machine would not be able to check the fault. He also said that he herd that if you turn the ignition swith on and off 10 times it might clear the problem.
Now I don't know if they are all taking the pi***** or not ?
Can anyone help ?

what a load of c--p about turning ignition off and on,the ace amber light says there is a minor fault but system still working all be it to a lesser degree, the fault codes are stored in in its own ecu and can be checked for faults at anytime,a full system check can take upto an hour to go through, cant tell what fault it will be but common faults for faults that reset are the G sensors one located below the drivers seat on the inner seal and the other is were the front interior light is,could be pump pressure on the ace block,is fluid level ok,you can only get faults cleared by computor and any new parts fitted will have to be recalibrated and systems test carried out, hope this helps tiga.
sorry second bit M+S lights are sometimes brought on buy a low battery condition, so get battery checked first, does this happen when you start engine or are you driving?

Tiga. Thanks for the reply. I didn't try the ignition thing coz must be c--p. Funny thing is I have been to France since with a ful load wife and 4 kids, 2000 miles in total. not an f--ing peep out of the warning lights. Then on the way to work approx 40 miles up she pops again. all levels etc are good with no signs of any leaks etc. So I guess I just wait till it happens more regular. The M+S, again has not come on since start of July, but thanks for the battery tip. Cheers Lord
