Hi everyone, orange ACE warning light has been making a random appearance recently. My Nanocom tells me the problem is fault code 06-01 'too low hydraulic pressure'. Have cleared the fault but am expecting it to return within days! having searched the different threads I believe I should first attack the ACE pressure transducer and the filter so will be busy over the next few days! anything else I should look at?
Only recently solved flashing M&S lights after months of them appearing when first starting up. It was the XYZ switch and believe it or not I think my fuel economy has improved by about 10 mpg since it was changed! (2003 ES Auto):D
Cheers

the plan with the pressure transducer is good, just be aware that nanocom is completely unreliable when it comes about ACE so that fault code might not be accurate that's all...if you nhave access to a T4, hawkeye or lynx these are more reliable with ACE

you can make a resistance check on the solenoids though with multimeter, you must get 2.7 ohm on each direction controll valve(the two from the top) and 5.6 ohm on the pressure controll valve(the one on the side) +/- 0.2 allowed
