Hi All, I haven't posted on here for a while but I am due to change the front cv axles ( I have a clunk ), I have bought the new ones but they don't have an abs ring on them, I have searched everywhere online for them but can't seem to find them anywhere, are there actually abs rings on the freelander 2 and if so where could I buy some.
Thanks Andy.

First off, no there aren't any ABS rings on the FL2 drive shafts.

Second, why are you assuming it's the drive shafts in the first place? There are many more likely places for clunk's to emanate than the front shafts. The PTU is a known weak point, and normally makes clunk's or bangs on acceleration, when it's starting to fail.

It's coming from driver side when on full lock and when on bumpy surface going straight, It is not the ball joints on the steering rack or the wishbone, these are all new along with the struts and thanks for clearing up the abs ring dilema.
