ABS Fault Code 2:2 Disco 1

I have been through all the existing ABS problem posts on the forum but cannot find how to any info of solving my issue

After doing the blink code test on the ABS fault on my daughters Discovery i get the following "Error code 2:2 Recirculation pump operates continuously (pump does not switch off)"

Am i right in assuming the ABS pump is faulty and needs replacing i can find mention of this blink test fault code result but no way to rectify it?

1995 discovery 1 300tdi

The pump has nothing to do with this, if it's continuously running it's a circuit issue, stuck relay or ECU missbehaviour, see page 8 of the attachment how to check the relay, the figures are at the end
