Hi all i had to have my speedo binnacle changed as was broken, now the abs dsc lights are on the hdc doesn't work either. Iv tried the lock to lock reset but nothing speedo works all ok aswell, am i right in thinking a scanner can reset the cluster and turn lights off thanks

The cluster may need to be coded to your car. it holds a copy of mileage information and other car parameters, and would need to be read from the old cluster and written to the replacement.
You may find you have the tamper dot on next to the mileage display, this shows that it is an incorrect cluster and as such mileage may be incorrect.
Diagnostics may help to figure out why the warning lights are on, and would be the first port of call.
