ABS and Traction Failure Warnings sometimes?

Yep every so often I get both of these and they just go away pretty alarming stuff I am new on here so if anybody has any ideas I would appreciate comments...Car is Y 2000 2.5DSE with less than 56k on the clock I am the second owner had car for about 18months (8k by me) and love the old dog! Have always had 4x4's but RR are my favourite...Best offroader is SWB Landcruiser beats allcomers ex mad shooter so I should know! For sheer comfort the Range only has one serious rival and that is the Toyota Amazon...
