abingdon 4x4 festival!!

hi all,
just thought id see how many of us where at the 4x4 festival at dalton barracks this weekend??
My son and i had a really good day there!!
i will be going next year for sure!

i was there sunday lunchtime and my first time off road brilliant the easy bit was boring and the enter at your own risk bit was better i was hoping for some more stalls maybe they went home sunday morning but i had a good time round the course

I was there Sunday, there were definitly less trade stands this year but we had fun on the off road course.

i was there, i was scrutineering!! both saturday and sunday!!!

i bent my rear steering rod on the 4th "hard" hill/decent and had to fix it on the hill!!! teach me to actually fit the heavy duty rods sitting in the garage!!!!

me and a couple of mates went Sunday was good bent my bumper on the dugout mound bit but got up it though so i was chuffed

what was you in i might have checked you over haha

i could not get up the big step thought speed might do it but pulled the top rad hose insted only thing i could not do not bad though i had road tyres and a very low tow bar

did you do the mud run!!?? impressed if you got through with road tyres!!! i went all round the hard bits without my difflock in, kept wondering why the rear was snatching and trying to overtake down hill haha!! didnt have any problems on anybit of the course!! got round over and through the lot!!

yes did the mud run got stuck on the big lump under the water but reversed and kept right bent my bumper abit but it made it well surprised but i am gonna have to get rid of the crap chav style cone filter origionally fitted by donut previous owner) and fit the proper airbox as it was full of mud hehe

forgot to ask what were you driving!

90 with a cupple more dents and a discovery engine i just fitted

thats why it didnt get stuck!! its a 90 lol guys disco i was with got stuck with ats on!!!

what colour was it?! i was one of the guys checking over and getting you to sign your life over haha

hand painted green with a different colour drivers door and light green rear door soon will be desert camo

dont remember it lol prob would if saw it!!
