a steering situation

hmm a little problem with my steering. It can be absolutely fine one minute then the next it seems to jam and is really difficult to steer. Then it goes ok again for a while. Fluid levels are fine so its not that, any ideas what the problem could be? X

clean and grease up the steering joints under the bonnet

Aye sounds like steering column u/j's.

thanks guys. Will give it a go. I go on holiday on saturday so need to sort the bits and bats. Lol.
