Just working out the pipe work on the new enjin that's finally in, need some advice

Cyclone breather goes to air filter? The tail on the bottom of the cyclone breather, where does that go?

Heater matrix, the 19J has 2 inlet/outlet on the thermostat housing, the 200 Tdi one doesn't ( it has one ) . Is this input or output and where abouts does the other one go?

Above the injection pump on the block is a plate that was blanked off on the 19J, the 200Tdi has a spout, where does that attach to?

Where does the spout at the rear of the head next to headbolt number 18, what does this do, what's attached to it?

Fuel lines, i seem to have an abundance of them, still original 19J set up as well, any tips on re routing these for the 200Tdi ( defender version )

Finally, on top of the oil filter housing is an apperture which something bolts too, my brain is dead and i can't remember if i still need this ( used 19J oil filter housing, swap to 200Tdi version? )

Many thanks if you can advise on any of this, it's these little things which i need to sort tomorrow amongst others, i could try searching for it all but i'd be here all night and another all nighter is not on the cards!

Also if ya got piccies of your 200Tdi Defender engines in situ, post me pls :D

Cheers guys

heater pipe goes to connector on back off head, and one to thermostat housing, oil filter housing has holes for oil cooler pipes and sender, cyclone goes to sump, tdi goes lift pump to filter ,filter to front of pump, leak off torear of pump, pump to tank. above injection pump is plate ?. ther are 2 x cam gallery plates on engine like 19j rear has lift pump.front has blank cover

On the Tdi, for the heater, there should be outlet towards the back of the head, (might be the "spout" you mention) between the rocker cover and the manifoldy thing. Just loop the matrix into the system between this and the outlet on the stat housing.

The easiest thing to do RE the fuel lines is to get hold of a 200 Tdi fuel filter and housing - this just bolts onto the bulkhead and is a much simplified system. Not sure how to get the 19j system to work with the Tdi though, but I do know that people have done it.

That's all I can answer without actually seeing the other stuff you mention. ;)

Indeed, but the front one has a vertical connector ( same as the one on the rear of the head next to bolt 18 )

Will get a pic or ask someone when i'm online.
