A/C Compressor not coming on

Guys, Checked all the cables to the temperature setting on the A/C all ok. Still the compressor does not switch on? Any suggestions? its a 110 2.5NA
 
has it got enough refrigerant in the system? (most will shut down when they reach 75% fill charge)
does the cooling fan operate? (system will not function if fan knackered)
my bet is lack of refrigerant due to leak etc...
