A big thankyou to Andyb66 for sorting out Christine

Well after me cam belt snapped some months ago on a recce run with the sluts my 300tdi became a garden ornament for several months.

Andyb66 of Challenege Motorsport ( yes i'm plugging his business ) fitted my new cam gear & all the pulleys etc, cam belt and timing cover.Then serp belt and all the pulleys. Next was fitting the new push rods and bolting and checking it all. Then onto putting the radiator,intercooler and all the pipework back in.

Andy also picked Christine (300TDI) up and brought her back to me. He e-mailed me everyday to let me know about the progress and anything that was needed for the job.

The price was way way too small for what Andy charged me so I gave him an extra 20 quid and a bottle of wine for his wife. And those of you that know me know I'm a tight bastid so must've been cheap !

Once again a big thanks to Andy for everything he did.....and will be doing ( welding next ! ). If you live close enough to drop yer landy off to him its well worth it for a bloody good job by an enthusiast and a very competant mechanic.
