96 Disco Seat Base replacement

Hi - I just got hold of a 130k 300tdi which I am already growing fond of. One thing in that the drivers seat is dead and I have an iffy back.

I was wondering if it is possible to either swap the seat base from the passenger seat or maybe get a newer base from another model with a bit more life in it.

All help appreciated

It's probably just the diaphragm under the seat that's gone. Not available new but if you can find a 2nd hand one easy enough to fit with a bit of grunting...
