95 disco air bag lights on

title says it all.......air bag lights are on consistantly. when driving it appears as if the right side light is flashing but when stopped it looks like all lights on. Any idea of what problems could be and how do I sort through this without dropping a grand at the Local Landy dealership.

last chance option ...can the fuse be pulled out ??? and what would that do?

Landy dealership will say you need a new bag and quote a fortune. Mine was a loose conection - there should be a way to test it with a multimeter but afraid I don't know what it is. It's worth getting an electrical person to take a look tho.

Mine did it and pulling the fuse out doesn't work. Ended up pulling speedo binnacle apart and removing the two tiny bulbs from within...bloody fiddly.
I know it doesn't solve the problem but it did stop that flashing light from ****ing me off anymore!

I've been told it's an MOT fail if the light stays on.

Air bag light is not an MOT fail

No, an airbag light is not an MOT failure unlike an ABS light. It may end up as a testable item, but at the moment its OK
