95 disco 300tdi electric problem

i have a 95 300tdi disco and everytime i turn the ignition on it is blowing no 3 fuse on satellite 1 can anyone help me its driving me crazy?

Ooh dear, according to Rave that's the Engine management system - should be a 10A (Red) fuse...

I would think the easiest check would be to disconnect the ECM, although i don't know if loss of power to the unit would affect it...

In fact, i'm daft - it's got no power on it now if the fuse has popped! If the fuse stays intact without the ECM connected theres your problem.
