I'm absolutely stumped... I've replaced my dicky abs pump and fully bled the system, the pump powers up and pressurises the system and cuts out when its fully charged, but now I've come across a new problem, the calipers are now stuck on. I think I've narrowed it down to being a problem with the power circuit, as none of the wheels will turn. I know there is nothing wrong with the calipers, as they're all brand new. I thought it might be a collapsed flexi pipe, but thought it a bit weird that all five would collapse at once, but then it has been stood five years... Someone please help, I'm starting to ... God forbid ... Lose faith in my rangie!!!

Sounds like the brake master cylinder may be faulty or poorly adjusted not allowing the brake fluid to return to the cylinder.

I dunno if you got it sorted yet but a couple of wee points.
Classic Rangie with ABS may not have a master cylinder; it will have a brake booster looks like a big block of aluminium with lots of pipes, wires and the brake fluid reservoir on it. Your brake pedal is connected to this. Inside ther are some valves that are electronically controlled, they are interconnected with what looks like ribbon tape. Anyway, if there is a problem with the valves I guess your brakes could stick. Becasue you can't drive it, you can't tell if your ABS ECU is logging a fault so I would suggest you do a search and get the procedure for getting a blink code from the ABS ECU.
If there is a problem, the fault code should tell you where to start looking - Be aware ABS issues can be a real nightmare just look in the Range Rover and Discovery Sections, there's loads of posts on the subject. BTW Discovery used a slightly different ABS system but some of the system is the same. Hope that helps ya.
