Guys on my 90 2 1/4 petrol i have a limiter bolt on the throttle peddle thats wound right out for max limit, can this be adjusted or removed? i dont wanna go bang.

Any bolt can be adjusted, just need to be careful that you don't over adjust the bolt as the bolt is there as a stop, basically to stop you from stretching the throttle cable when the throttle is wide open, and to stop damage to the carb.

Either way if you adjust the bolt in the cab, you will then have to adjust the cable on the inlet manifold, for example if you lower the stop then the pedal is gonna try to pull more cable through but the throttle is already at the max on the carb, so stretching or breaking the cable is sure to happen with out the adjustment on the manifold. Making the throttle stop higher will then result in not being able to achieve full throttle as not enough cable is being pulled through.

On my landy V8 110 my throttle pedal is lower than the brake pedal, and that position seems fine to me, but I suppose its your preference where you want the pedals.

Hope this aint too confusing.
