Anyone run these on standard disco steel's ?, I know the stops will need adjusting but don't want to end up with no lock.

I have standard (size) tyres and am carefully considering an upgrade. Everything is pointing to 235/85R16 being the best size to go for for me, but 7.50R16 is a possibility too. There seems to be not too much price difference either.

750R16s are standard 110 fit and am sure they'll go straight on a D1 with no adjustment - but senility having set in a while back ....

750r16 are very similar to 235/85 r16's look em up in the tyre fitting guide at the top of this section.

Think I'll give them a try, I've got 31x10.5 15's but finding them a bit wide, I can get most places but on slower tricky stuff and steep climbs they won't dig in .

The kingpin factory is only about 20 mile from here, might see what there like now .
