my 300 is happy to go to 70 but no more
My 2.5td managed 87mph the day i got it.... since then its got considerably slower... woops!
Have a word with CharlseY he's a bit of an expert in the injection dept. (watch for that to appear on sig somewhere) Sounds like somethings up with that fuel economy. I drive my TD5 fairly hard over B roads every day and get get at least 30 mpg out of it. I know a TD5 is a more modern engine, but that's basicly 40% less fuel consumption, which sounds too big a difference and a 200tdi is meant to last 250k miles.hmmm my 1992 200tdi struggles to go faster than 55-60mph? is there something wrong then i thought that was normal for that engine cos a friend of mines 200tdi does exactly the same thing? does this mean they are both broken lol?
My 200tdi has large a/t bf goodrich tyres and a snorkel other than that it has no mods. what should i do?
Also im only getting 17-22 mpg
cheers max
