4th glow plug removal 2001 freelander Help

Hi my freelander takes it time starting in the mornings, so I've replaced 1-3 glow plugs, how ever the the 4th looks awkward to get to. I would appreciate any tips on getting to it without having to remove belt and pump.... thanks
