4.0 se engine and some one to fit

Hi all seems you lot were right about having deep pockets lol engine has finally given in sounds like the ends have gone along with most of the oil seals. as oil is every ware.
Do you think a rebuild or replacement would be the better idea?
either way anyone no of someone near Portsmouth that would take this on and do a good job? all help welcome lol
