smooth swap get somebody else to do it!!! it's not to bad a job just a bit time consuming i used loads of zip lock bags and marker pen to keep all the bolts for different areas together made it much easier on reinstall. Also a second pair of hands when hoisting lump in and out. I put mine back in with all the exhaust manifolds on including the heat shields but left inlet manifold off so i could easily get to bell housing bolts from the top. I also did not depressurise the a/c just put the compressor in the area where the air box was as the pump is on flex hoses also the same with the power steering pump. I know some don't agree but i did not remove the radiators or slam panel but this is personal preference as i did not want to disturb a/c rad i just put a sheet of thin steel in front of the fins of rad on removal/installation
