300TDI injector pump

hi all

has anyone had problems with the injector pump on a disco 300tdi where they spurt diesel out the top of the pump?

it happened to mine this morning so i had it appart and found a lot of wear on the brass bush on the out put for the throttle mech (if that makes sence)

can i get a new part or is it gonna need a new pump?
