Reminds me of that Chris from before and after a few years back, anyone else remember him?

What Im more interested in is ATM hasnt answered any of the vaguely tech questions that have been asked, I mean if someone called me a liar and I was in the right I would be hell bent on proving it.

As for time wasting Iirc its you thats making the great claims but not backing one of them up, not even one!

You would not undertand the answer mate and I dont need to prove anything if your that interested in what I have not achieved as you all say whatch the vid when I put one up and tell me you know someone else who has a 300tdi that does what the vid will show ...you will change your tune them mate ...glass houses and stones my friend wheres the pics of your engine bay with your hybrid conversion...lets have a look..:rolleyes:

At least you can then give potential customers solid figures of the gains possible.

I for one wouldn't want to pay top dollar for something that is only proven on one mans sayso.
 
What a joker get a grip ...Ive actually found some people on here that talk sense..I dont need to prove anything I proved what I set out to do to myself.

As far as I'm concerned, higgorantnantness is bliss, and as far as making my Fender go faster, I did think about putting stripes on her at one time, and then I thought that I would prefer to keep her acceleration rate of 0-60 in less than 3 weeks (sometimes), with a top speed of bouncy needle!

That said, instead of being an absolutely brilliant Injun Ear, I will blythely carry on giving up my time to help out other poor, misguided, unhedjificated, higgorantnant Landy owners!

PS has he gone off for a weekends inventing now?? :D
 
Another tip that's often overlooked is electrical tape. People just don't appreciate how many horses they add. I've just run some down the side of mine and I'm doing some speed tests now. Obviously, I won't use a dyno, cos I know what I'm doing. Early indications are a doubling in BHP and I can comfortably cruise in 5th at 95, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. By my reakoning, I've got enough tape to do another two stripes on the side.

The only downside is I'm going to have to change to slicks and upgrade my brakes. I might even install a parachute. Even with the difflock engaged, I get wheelspin in all gears except 5th if I floor it!

If anyone wants to buy my tape, just PM me. Trust me, you can't just get tape like this at Screwfix, it's taken me years and years of development to get it to this stage.
 
After years of in depth research I've stumbled across a method to increase power from my 2.25 petrol INFINITELY!

I don't expect any of you lesser plebs to understand but it involves putting petrol in the fuel tank. Not just putting it in any old how but in through the cap on the top of the tank.......I've probably lost most of you by now but I'll put up some pics later when I've figured out how to use a camera.

The difference in performance is frankly astonishing, no more burning the starter out every 20yrds turning her over in low 1st, no more pleading with groups of bystanders trying to get them to see it's only another few 100 yrds to the top of the hill then with a fair wind and luck at the traffic lights it's a clear run downhill almost as far as tescos.....

Many so called 'experts' will tell you the 2.25 petrol can't be significantly improved upon but I know better. I personally sat in the control bit at the front and used the big turny wheel thing to guide her up.......yes UP.....several hills!

I can hear you all scoffing but you know nothing of pressing down on the go faster pedal and feeling the raw power gradually take up the slack in various parts of the drive train and trickling all the way to the wheels. Yes folks....forward motion under it's own power against (mild) gravity and friction is possible.

OK I ran out of petrol before I got home but the system is still under developement, I think a bright yellow fuel cap will improve things no end and as soon as I've got my website up and running (and my Landy back) full instructions will be available for less than the cost of a tow off the M5 on a bank holiday Sunday plus bus fare home.

if you don't believe any of the above it's obviously because you are both stupid and own a pedal tricycle.

Also in the developement stage is my 1.8 k series powered kettle that can boil water in less than a minute and I'm working in partnership with PaulD on a submersible LR project that is showing great promise but we've run out of prototypes.
 
I have indisputable evidence that putting flame decals on the side of you Land Rover adds at least 400bhp.

Before you ask, no it isn't a dyno test or anything like that, they are never accurate anyway as they are measured by computers and we have all seen the terminator. It is a video. I know some of you will ask how I can measure horsepower with a video, but I can tell you that the volume of the "VROOM" noises that I am making with my mouth equates to at least 400bhp over a standard 300tdi. I had a friend listen aswell and he confirmed that my 90 now has at least 415bhp.

Great so someone bought you a dictionary or you have been watching too much day time tv .........still got no pics of your engine bay yet though with your conversion do you actually own a landy or are you just a keyboard terrorist and bored.ps found some people on here earlier who are actually sensible and dont just argue with ya very rare on here suppose thats forums for you :)

Enough people have turned up on my doorstep for me to have a look at their Landies, so the assumption is, however far fetched, that I might just be able to recognise a Land Rover product if it is parked in front of me!

I have had a Landy for at least a few years, and some of them actually worked ... Ask John Craddock or the late Dave Simmonite against whom I competed on a regular basis!

However, I know nothing! :D:D:D

See what any half decent business man would know, is give the customers what they want even if you ####ing hate the site of them keep schtum and take their money, but no you slag everyone off, unreal!

As for spelling I am always amazed at the amount of signs advertising business that are spelt incorrectly, makes me wonder?

I think what you are failing to understand is that most people with money to burn on their cars normally have a half tidy job that involves words and things, so when they see your ramblings they walk the other way, they may pay more for the same , but they are happy.

I would say instead of slagging everyone off, click on their username then their recent posts and see what they have posted, soon work out whether they are a barstool mech or the real deal., maybe see some pics that you are so desperate for.
